The president of Urban Analytics, Inc., is Dean D. Bellas Ph.D. Dr. Bellas received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England College with a concentration in Finance (1982), a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the George Washington University with a concentration in real estate and economic development (1993), and his doctoral degree in public policy with a concentration in regional economic development at George Mason University (2005). His research interests include regional and local developmental growth patterns, economic and fiscal impact effects of real estate development on municipal government, and economic development policy. His doctoral dissertation was entitled, Fiscal Impact Simulation Modeling: Calculating the Fiscal Impact of Development.
